ForSaleBusiness.my does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any listing. As a buyer, you are responsible for:

  • Conducting your own due diligence

  • Signing NDAs or legal documents directly with the seller

  • Engaging professionals (lawyers, accountants, brokers) if needed

We are not liable for any outcome of your transaction or loss resulting from it.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our site to:

  • Post false, fraudulent, or misleading business listings

  • Promote illegal or unethical businesses

  • Harvest user data or spam other members

  • Impersonate someone else

  • Violate any local or international laws

Violating these rules may lead to account termination and possible legal action.
